Ingredients

  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 onion, grated
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Longhorn cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until well combined.
  2. Add the thawed hash browns to the mixture and stir to coat.
  3. Layer the potato mixture, grated Cheddar cheese, grated Longhorn cheese, and grated onion as many times as desired in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the milk and melted butter evenly over the layered mixture.
  5. Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
