Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and crushed pretzels into melted margarine.
  2. Spread the pretzel mixture into a flat dish and bake at 400°F for 7 minutes.
  3. Allow the pretzel crust to cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, cream 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add pineapple and 8 ounces of Cool Whip to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  6. Spread the pineapple mixture over the cooled pretzel crust in the dish.
  7. Top with the remaining 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
