Instructions
- Grind the beef liver or put it in a blender, being careful not to overload it.
- Add the egg, chopped onion, chopped green sweet pepper, salt, and pepper to the blender or ground liver.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Add flour to the mixture.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the hot skillet.
- Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
- Serve hot with catsup or barbecue sauce if desired.
