Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. gingersnap crumbs
  • 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. extra light margarine, melted
  • 1 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
  • 1 c. evaporated skim milk
  • 1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 3 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. allspice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine crumbs with margarine.
  3. Press into 9-inch pan.
  4. Bake crust 7 minutes.
  5. Leave oven at 350°.
  6. Mix all and bake 40 minutes.
