Ingredients

  • graham cracker crust
  • instant lemon pudding mix
  • cream cheese
  • cocktail fruit
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Bake and cool the graham cracker crust.
  2. Stir the cream cheese until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of milk and beat until smooth.
  5. Add 1 1/2 cups of milk and lemon pudding mix; beat with a mixer for 1 minute.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  7. Chill the pie for 1 hour or until set.
  8. Top with chilled and well-drained fruit cocktail.
