Quick and cheesy mini pizza made with biscuit dough, topped with flavorful tomato sauce, onions, oregano, garlic salt, and two types of cheese, perfect for a fast snack or meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced onions
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuits
  • 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Roll out biscuits onto a pizza pan.
  2. Mix tomato sauce, minced onions, oregano, and garlic salt.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture onto the rolled out dough.
  4. Sprinkle grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses on top.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
