Pudding Goodie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 3 Tbsp. firm margarine
  • 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (9 oz.) chilled Cool Whip
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix Bisquick, brown sugar and margarine until crumbly.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Press into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch ungreased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Beat 1 cup powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Fold 1 cup Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture.
  9. Spread over baked layer.
  10. Mix chocolate pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups milk until it is thick.
  11. Pour over cream cheese layer.
  12. Mix vanilla pudding mix with remaining 1 1/2 cups milk until thick.
  13. Pour over chocolate pudding layer. Fold 1 tablespoon powdered sugar into the remaining Cool Whip and spread over top of all layers.
  14. Sprinkle with almonds.
  15. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
  16. Cut and serve.
