Pumpkin Bread On Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 3 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Cream together sugar and Crisco oil.
  2. Add eggs, pumpkin and water (liquid mixture).
  3. Mix dry ingredients; add to liquid mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350° in Bundt pan.
