Ingredients

  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 6 well beaten eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 11 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and top with desired topping.
