Ingredients

  • 1 large can pumpkin (3 cups)
  • 3 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 large can milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, eggs, milk, salt, and sugar well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Melt the butter and add it to the yellow cake mix.
  4. Crumble the cake mix over the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
