Pumpkin Quiche

Instructions
- Combine pumpkin, bacon, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in a medium bowl.
- Stir in eggs and milk until blended.
- Mix cheese with flour.
- Fold into pumpkin mixture.
- Place frozen or thawed shells on cookie sheet.
- Divide mixture between shells.
- Bake 45 minutes at 375°.
