Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. mashed pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine mashed pumpkin and sugar in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add milk, slightly beaten egg, and melted margarine. Stir well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients (salt and vanilla) and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Cover with Crunch Topping (see following recipe) and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
