Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (chicken)
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar (pure cane)
  • 1 c. oil (use any except baby)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (or a good sized real one)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda (not pop)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Stir in all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix; spread on an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
  4. Cool.
  5. Frost.
