Ingredients

  • 3 oz. box raspberry or blackberry Jell-O
  • 1 can blueberries
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream or 8 oz. commercial dairy whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup broken pecans

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Drain the fruit for 1 cup of cold liquid and add it to the Jell-O mixture.
  3. Allow the Jell-O to become slightly thickened before adding the drained fruit.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream and nuts.
