Ingredients

  • 16 oz. refried beans
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin seed
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Place 1 tortilla in an 8-inch round cake pan, sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
  3. Spread 1/4 of bean mixture over tortilla.
  4. Repeat with second tortilla and bean mixture.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over bean mixture. Repeat with remaining tortillas and bean mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top.
