- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add powdered milk, honey, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour, a little at a time, until the mixture forms a dough ball. Knead the dough.
- Let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal balls.
- Roll each ball into a bread stick shape.
- Place the bread sticks on a greased baking pan.
- Brush the bread sticks with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning salt or garlic salt and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Let the bread sticks rise for 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
