Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb green peppers
  • 1/2 lb onion
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 package (8 oz) noodles
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can Spanish style tomato sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 small jar stuffed olives
  • 1/2 lb grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop green peppers, onion, and celery; sauté in a small amount of oil. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add ground meat to the skillet and cook until done. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Drain the noodles, then add tomato soup, tomato sauce, and mushrooms to the noodles.
  4. Add the cooked meat, sautéed vegetables, and celery to the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with grated cheese and sliced stuffed olives.
  6. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving. It can be frozen for later use.
