- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, pressed garlic, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Place frozen broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon the soup mixture over the vegetables and mix to coat evenly.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with French fried onion rings.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
- Serve immediately.
