Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove pressed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 (16 oz.) packages frozen broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mixture
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, pressed garlic, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. Place frozen broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Spoon the soup mixture over the vegetables and mix to coat evenly.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with French fried onion rings.
  8. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
  9. Serve immediately.
