Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can S&W(R) Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15oz) can S&W(R) White Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15oz) can S&W(R) Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 pound turkey polska kielbasa, diagonally sliced into 1in pieces
  • 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 to 1/2 cups thinly sliced carrots (about 3 medium carrots)
  • 2 small onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole. Cover and bake until carrots are tender, about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
  3. SLOW COOKER INSTRUCTIONS:
  4. Mix all ingredients in a 4-6 quart slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
