Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 lb. hamburger
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 pkg. saltine crackers or 1 box Cheez-Its
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 2 pkg. dry mushroom gravy mix

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients; mix well.
  2. Shape into patties. Lay in long baking pan.
  3. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes; drain.
  4. Turn each pattie over.
  5. Bake 20 minutes more; drain again if necessary.
