Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. boneless breasts chicken tenders
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. dried, chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. dehydrated chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, onion, chicken broth and sherry.
  2. Arrange chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cover with sliced mushrooms and yogurt mix.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes, until done.
  5. Serve over rice.
  6. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
