Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 6 large lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked and drained hamburger with spaghetti sauce.
  2. In two 8-inch square baking dishes, layer half of the sauce mixture on the bottom.
  3. Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  4. Spread all of the cottage cheese over the noodles.
  5. Add the remaining half of the sauce over the cottage cheese.
  6. Sprinkle one-third of the shredded Mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Add three more lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  8. Pour the remaining sauce over the noodles.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining Mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Cover the dishes with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes, until the mixture is bubbly.
