- In two 8-inch square baking dishes, layer half of the sauce mixture on the bottom.
- Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread all of the cottage cheese over the noodles.
- Add the remaining half of the sauce over the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle one-third of the shredded Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add three more lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the noodles.
- Sprinkle the remaining Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the dishes with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes, until the mixture is bubbly.
