Quick Asparagus Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 6 slices soft white bread with crust removed
  • 1 small container Port wine cheese spread
  • 1 can whole asparagus spears, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Port wine cheese spread on each slice.
  4. Place one whole asparagus spear at the edge of each bread slice and roll it up.
  5. Slice each roll into 3 bite-sized pieces.
  6. Brush the roll-ups with melted butter.
  7. Bake until browned, turning once halfway through cooking.
