Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • melted butter
  • paprika
  • salt
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the potatoes with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the buttered sides with paprika, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the potatoes cut side down on a well oiled baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle salt on the skin side of each potato.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until tender.
