Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, margarine, and plain flour until well combined.
  2. Chill the dough overnight to firm up.
  3. Press the chilled dough into mini muffin pans to form shells.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Fill the shells with your favorite chicken salad, approximately 1 pound for every 4 dozen shells.
