Ingredients

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 4 packets brown gravy mix

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet.
  2. Remove the meat from the skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Follow the directions on the back of the gravy mix package to prepare the gravy.
  4. When the gravy thickens, add the cooked hamburger meat back to the skillet.
  5. Simmer for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve hot over rice, pasta, potatoes, or your preferred side.
