Quick Breakfast Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal ⓘ
- 1 cup soymilk (or any non-dairy milk substitute) ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon baking powder ⓘ
- 1 cup egg substitute, egg beaters ⓘ
- 1 banana, mashed ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter ⓘ
- 1 cup yam, mashed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ⓘ
- 2 scoops protein powder (I like the vanilla one) ⓘ
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon flax seed, ground ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour in large greased casserole pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
- Store in an air-tight container or individually wrap and freeze.
