Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can condensed vegetable beef soup
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
  • corn chips

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in frying pan.
  2. Add onion and cook until onion is soft, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add salt, chili powder, soups, beans and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Serve over corn chips.
  5. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
