Ingredients

  • 2 boxes cornbread stuffing
  • 5 to 6 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing according to package directions.
  2. Cook the chicken breasts and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the soup and sour cream and heat until warm.
  4. Spread half of the prepared stuffing in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
  5. Spoon the cooked chicken mixture over the stuffing.
  6. Use the remaining stuffing to cover the chicken mixture.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour until heated through and golden on top.
