Ingredients

  • 4 lb. chuck roast
  • 1/4 cup A.1. sauce
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast in the center of a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in a roasting pan.
  2. Brush the meat with A.1. sauce.
  3. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the meat.
  4. Spread the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the top.
  5. Wrap the foil loosely around the roast.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 3 hours or until the meat is tender.
