Ingredients

  • 1/2 pt. well drained clams
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Put the drained clams, chopped onion, and egg into a blender and blend for 2 or 3 seconds.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small mixing bowl.
  3. Add the pre-mixed baking powder, flour, and blend well.
  4. Gradually add more flour and baking powder while beating with a fork.
  5. Mix just enough to make the fritters not too thick.
