Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Grease pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and stir. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  3. Put in pan and sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
