Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 or 3 large onions, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 2 or 3 cups water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 square can of corned beef

Instructions

  1. Put the potatoes in a pot and cook until almost done.
  2. Add the onions and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the square can of corned beef and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Break up the corned beef before serving.
