Quick Crusty Ham Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
  • 34 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons onions, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup cracker crumb
  • 12 cup sweet milk
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed

Instructions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients mix well.
  2. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
  3. Dip ham balls in milk, and then roll in corn flakes.
  4. Fry in vegetable oil until golden.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towel.
