Quick Deli Dills
Tangy, crunchy dill pickles with garlic, perfect for snacking or adding to sandwiches. These quick refrigerator pickles are easy to make and full of fresh flavor.

Instructions
- Bring water, white vinegar, and kosher salt to a rolling boil.
- Put dill stalks in the bottom of a crock.
- Put garlic cloves in the bottom of the crock.
- Place small cucumbers on top of the dill and garlic.
- Pour the boiling brine over the cucumbers, covering them completely.
- Place a plate over the cucumbers to hold them under the brine.
- Cover the crock with a towel and let sit for 3 to 4 days.
- Check if they look like pickles after 3 to 4 days.
- Transfer the pickles and brine into jars and cover.
- Store in the refrigerator.
