Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Saute ground meat, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper until cooked.
  2. Mix the cooked meat and vegetables with uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 3-quart casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°F.
