  • Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
  • frozen strawberries in sweetened juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the pound cake into slices.
  2. Top each slice with frozen strawberries in sweetened juice and a dollop of Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream.
  3. Alternatively, partially thaw the cake, cut it in half, layer with strawberries and whipped cream, then spread whipped cream on top.
  4. When serving, cut individual slices and drizzle with a tablespoon of the fruit juice for added flavor.
