Quick Jalapeno Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained or 2 to 4 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In the container of an electric blender or food processor, combine cream cheese and tomatoes.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add chilies; blend well.
  4. Serve with vegetables or nacho chips as dippers.
