Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cut cream cheese and butter into the biscuit mix.
  2. Add milk and mix thoroughly.
  3. Knead the dough.
  4. Roll out the dough to the size of a cookie sheet.
  5. Grease the pan and invert the dough onto it.
  6. Slit 1-inch strips 1/4 of the way into the center on both long sides of the dough.
  7. Spread jam on the center half of the dough.
  8. Fold the slitted dough into the center.
  9. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.
  10. Let it cool, then drizzle with icing.
  11. Slice along the slits and down the center before serving.
