- Cut cream cheese and butter into the biscuit mix.
- Add milk and mix thoroughly.
- Knead the dough.
- Roll out the dough to the size of a cookie sheet.
- Grease the pan and invert the dough onto it.
- Slit 1-inch strips 1/4 of the way into the center on both long sides of the dough.
- Spread jam on the center half of the dough.
- Fold the slitted dough into the center.
- Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.
- Let it cool, then drizzle with icing.
- Slice along the slits and down the center before serving.
