Quick Lamb Curry

Instructions
- Coat skillet with no stick cooking spray.
- Brown onion while you slice apples.
- Add apples and raisins to skillet and brown lightly.
- Add water and curry powder.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add lamb.
- Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- Add peanuts and stir.
- Remove from heat for a minute.
- Then serve with rice.
- Each person takes assorted condiments to mix with individual bites of curry.
- Makes 4 servings.
