Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. light cream
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain and crumble.
  3. Sprinkle bacon over pie shell.
  4. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over bacon.
