Quick Microwave Lasagna

- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the ground beef.
- Add spaghetti sauce and water to the beef, stirring to combine.
- Spread one-third of the sauce mixture onto a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch microwave-safe dish.
- Place 4 uncooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
- Layer 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the noodles.
- Add another layer with 4 more noodles, then spread with the remaining cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the layered ingredients.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap, leaving a small corner uncovered to vent steam.
- Microwave on medium for 32 to 35 minutes, turning the dish after 15 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Microwave on medium for an additional 2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
