- Brown the ground beef in a lightly salted skillet.
- Mix garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and tomato sauce; add to the cooked beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes.
- Slightly undercook the lasagne noodles.
- Mix thinly sliced green onions, cream cheese, and sour cream to make the cheese mixture.
- Place 1/3 of the drained noodles in a greased baking dish.
- Spread with 1/3 of the cheese mixture and 1/3 of the meat mixture.
- Repeat the layering process two more times.
- Sprinkle the top with cheese and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
