Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk
  • 2 1/4 cups vegetable shortening

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients; blend well.
  2. With a pastry blender, cut in shortening until evenly distributed.
  3. Put in an airtight jar or Tupperware bowl.
  4. Store in a cool place.
  5. Use within 10 to 12 weeks.
  6. You can use this for any recipe calling for Bisquick.
