Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 peach halves, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. raspberry jam or jelly
  • 2 c. cold milk

Instructions

  1. Place 1 peach half in each of 5 to 6 dessert dishes.
  2. Spoon 1 teaspoon jam over each peach cavity.
  3. Pour milk into a small bowl, add pudding mix, and beat for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture at once over the peaches.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Chill the dessert before serving.
  7. Garnish with additional jam, if desired.
