Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Spread chopped cabbage in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Brown meat and onion.
  3. Stir in rice.
  4. Heat tomato soup and water to boiling; pour over cabbage and meat.
  5. Cover with foil; bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
