Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • a few grains salt
  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 package instant pudding mix
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cream the shortening; add sugar and pudding mix.
  2. Add eggs; mix well. Incorporate the flour mixture.
  3. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
