- Coat a medium saucepan with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion and Canadian bacon; saute 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
- Stir in soup and water. Bring to a boil. Add rice and remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
