Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Slice the onion paper-thin.
  2. Place the sliced onion in a small saucepan and add vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, salt, celery seed, and dry mustard.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in corn.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
