Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ribs (beef or pork)
  • 2 qt. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut ribs into serving pieces.
  2. Wash and place in two quarts of water.
  3. Cover and boil until good and tender in a large pot.
  4. Drain and place ribs in a baking pan or dish.
  5. Baste your ribs liberally with bottled barbecue sauce or sauce of your choice.
